stocked equipment clean fitness center really good design
The fitness center included a well stocked selection of equipment. Everything in there was very clean. The hotel's interior design stood out to me as really good. I also found staff were nice and pro.
During the day waits for the lift could be long.

broken port stained bathrobe
The location was very easy to access all of the surrounding areas.
The room was not at the level expected for the price. USB ports at the night tables were not functional. There was also only one toothbrushing glass provided despite the double occupancy. A bathrobe had a stain.

convenient location subway access rooftop views healthy options
the hotel's location was convenient for exploring soho. i found the subway access nearby very helpful for getting around. the rooftop bar had amazing views and friendly service! i also appreciated the healthy breakfast options that were available each morning.
the wardrobe in my room lacked shelves, so storing my clothes was slightly challenging.

The hotel is situated on the edge of soho near many subway stops. the proximity to various shops, restaurants, and bars makes it easy to explore the area. its placement on a quiet street is a welcome benefit. You can sleep without street noise.

Breakfast includes a lot of healthy choices. I found this quite convenient. the hotel has a rooftop bar that offers great service. the hotel features jumping jacks. It provides a light-filled, comfortable space for dining or relaxing.

The hotel offers le labo toiletries in the bathrooms, a nice touch. there is a rooftop pool, though hours may vary. the gym facilities offer excellent views of the city. It makes workouts more enjoyable.

security deposit refund delay
The room had wood floors and blue fabrics.
I was very disappointed with some aspects. They took $115 per night as a security deposit, that I don't like. I checked out days ago, but they still hold my refund. It seems just a way for them to make interest from my money.

The hotel is steps away from designer stores in the Soho area. The room itself was just the right size for us. The breakfast that was delivered to the room had a fine selection. The service was prompt and polite!!!
The room lights were dim. It was difficult to see. I heard loud elevator noises all night. This disrupted my sleep. Bathroom tiles were in disrepair. They should have been fixed.
